Can I make an appointment to get custom jewelry?Updated a month ago

Yes! If you're interested in custom jewelry, we encourage you to make an appointment ahead of time. You can book your appointment here. Nothing available for your schedule? Call the store to ask about walk-in availability. Walk-in appointments with a short wait time are available depending on the time of day.

Please note, due to the nature of this service, custom jewelry and any associated fees with your appointment are final sale at the time of purchase.

What happens during the appointment?

Appointments will last about 20 minutes per person. To start, you'll select your style and chain. Our team will measure the chain and cut it to your custom length. Then, we’ll talk you through the welding process, which is quick and painless (our tools will never directly touch your skin, and we take precautions to ensure safety every step of the way). In just a flash, you'll have your new custom jewelry!

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes, besties, loved ones, significant others–they’re all welcome! However, if multiple people in your group are interested in getting custom jewelry, please book individual appointments for each person or inquire about walk-in availability when they arrive.

Interested in coming with a larger group? Our SoHo location is available to book for private parties. Click here for more details.

Is there an age requirement for getting custom jewelry?

Yes, you must be 9 years of age or older to get custom jewelry. If you’re under 14 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult to your appointment.

What if I have a pacemaker?

If you have a pacemaker, we strongly advise against getting custom jewelry for safety reasons. As an alternative, we offer a variety of other jewelry styles in our store and our stylists would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece!

What if I'm running late, or need to cancel my appointment?

We understand plans change. To ensure we can provide timely service to all clients, we appreciate advance notice if you're running late or can no longer make your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so online or by calling the store. If you're running late, please call the store.
