Yes! From time to time, Ana Luisa will host in-person sample sales for customers. Sample sales are where you may find older styles, production samples, jewelry in near-perfect condition, all offered at a discount. We want our customers to enjoy these savings and give these pieces a lovely home! In-person sample sale events hosted by Ana Luisa will take place at our retail store, located at 29 Spring Street in New York.

What forms of payment do you accept at sample sales?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Ana Luisa gift cards. We do not accept cash payments in our stores at this time.

Can I use my AL Luxe store credit during these events?

Since the products at these events will be offered at a discount, AL Luxe credit cannot be used on sample sale purchases. We will also not be honoring any additional discounts or promotions that may be advertised on analuisa.com.

I bought something at one of your sample sales and would like to return it.

All purchases made at a sample sale are final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.

I bought something at one of your sample sales. Is it covered by any warranty?

Purchases made at these events are not covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty.
