Yes! For your first month of membership, you will be billed a one-time trial fee of $3.95 (plus tax) when you sign up. After that, you will be charged the full membership fee (plus tax) on a monthly basis. Your available credit will be updated automatically, and you can use your credit to make purchases whenever you like.

Will I receive any email confirmations as a member?

When you sign up for AL Luxe, we'll send an email to confirm the trial fee and welcome you to the program. We'll also give you a heads up before we charge you for your membership fees, and send over a confirmation once those fees are processed.

I don't remember signing up for this membership. Could I get a refund for fees I've already paid?

If you signed up for AL Luxe by mistake, you can contact our team at [email protected]. You can also update your membership by logging into your account or via our fully automated live chat service. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge. Trial fees are non-refundable.
