How do I make an exchange?Updated 5 days ago
US Customers
We offer free exchanges on domestic orders (placed within the United States), with the exception of orders placed through TikTok Shop. Our customers can exchange products from prior purchases online and receive a 15% bonus store credit. Orders shipped within the United States may be returned online or at either of our stores. We cannot honor any online promotions or discounts on exchanges in-store.
To submit your exchange online, follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns and Exchanges page and select “US Customers.”
- Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order.
- Select the product from your order you wish to return, and the reason you'd like to return it.
- Click the option labeled "Exchange for a different item" to continue with the exchange.
- You will be directed to our website, where you can add anything you'd like to your shopping cart. When you're all set, click the "Continue to checkout" button.
- Review the exchange summary page to make sure everything looks correct. If you need to make changes, click the "Go Back" button. When you're ready, click the "Submit Return" button.
- Once submitted, the page will refresh and include a link to download your unique shipping label. You will also receive a copy of the label with your exchange confirmation email. This label is prepaid, so you will not have to pay any handling fees on your exchange. Use this label to box up your return and drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
You will have 30 days to send the product back to us. Depending on the condition of the return, we may ask you to send the product to our warehouse or our donation center. After we receive the returned product, our team will send out the order with your chosen exchange product.
International (outside the United States)
At this time, we do not offer exchanges as an option for international customers. If you are interested in receiving a different product, we recommend submitting a return for the product you do not wish to keep, and placing a new order separately for the desired exchange product. Ana Luisa is unable to refund duties, taxes, and return shipping fees paid as part of the initial or exchange order.
