How do I return a gift?Updated 3 days ago
US Customers
We accept gift returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn and undamaged products. We cannot honor any promotions or discounts on exchanges in-store.
To submit your gift return online, follow these steps:
- Follow this link to our online portal.
- Select the option labeled "Returning a gift?" at the bottom of the page.
- If you know the order number and the email of the original purchaser, enter it on this page. If you do not know these details, you can click "Don't have your order information?" and fill out a form. Our team will review your responses and reach out to continue the return process.
- Select the product from your order you wish to return, and the reason you'd like to return it.
- You will have the option to receive a store credit refund, or shop for something new. If you decide to order something else, you'll be directed to our website where you can add whatever product(s) you'd like to your cart and check out.
- Review the return summary page to make sure everything looks correct. If you need to make changes, click the "Go Back" button. When you're ready, click the "Submit Return" button.
- Once submitted, the page will refresh and include a link to download your unique shipping label. You will also receive this label with your return confirmation email. Use this label to box up your return and drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
You will have 30 days to send the returned product back to us. Once we receive your return, we'll process your credit (or exchange order, depending on what you've selected) and send over an additional email confirmation.
In keeping with our sustainability initiatives, we may ask you to send the product to our donation center or our warehouse (depending on the condition of whatever you are returning). Whenever possible, we send returns to our donation partner The Princess Project. You can learn more here.
International Customers
We are not able to accept gift returns for international customers at this time. We are happy to accept a standard return that is in accordance with our return policy and issue a full refund to the original purchaser.
