How long will my order take to arrive?Updated 7 days ago

All shipping estimates (US and international) are approximate and listed in business days. Our team does everything they can to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. 

Please note business days do not include weekends. In addition, our warehouse observes the following holidays and will not fulfill or ship orders on these dates:

Preorders

If you place an order for any products that are available for preorder, these pieces will ship when they come back in stock. Keep in mind the ships by date listed on the product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation is an estimate of when we expect to ship your pieces once we receive the product from our factories. After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation once the product leaves our warehouse. 

Made to Order

If you place an order for any products that are made to order, these pieces will arrive within 10-15 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email and an additional email once your order ships directly from the factory.

US Customers

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Tracking information will become available 1-2 business days after ordering. When referring to the table below, please note orders shipping to PO boxes and non-contiguous states (such as Alaska and Hawaii) may take up to 5 additional days to be delivered.

International (outside the United States)

We ship orders Monday through Friday. For orders placed using Express Shipping, tracking information will become available 1-2 business days after ordering and delivery will follow in 3-5 business days. For orders placed using Standard Shipping, tracking information will become available 3-5 business days after ordering.
