Though this collection of jewelry is designed to last forever, we understand things happen! If your custom jewelry breaks or falls off within the first 60 days, we’ll reattach it free of charge. If you'd prefer to have it welded back on after 60 days, we can do so for a fee of $20 (plus tax). Simply book an appointment and bring your jewelry with you. Our team will reattach it in a flash! Charms on permanent jewelry are covered by this same warranty.

My jewelry feels tighter/looser than when I left my appointment. Is this normal?

Some chains may naturally stretch over time depending on the style. We do our best to consider this during the initial welding process. If you need an adjustment once your custom jewelry has been attached, our team will shorten your bracelet or anklet for a fee of $20 (plus tax). If the chain is too tight, we will charge you the full cost of a new bracelet or anklet. 

I'd like to take my jewelry off.

If you wish to remove your bracelet, necklace, or anklet, you can do so at home. We recommend cutting the jewelry at the point where the welding connects the chain (to preserve its integrity for future re-welding or repurposing). If you are having any difficulty doing this yourself, you can contact our store team by phone. Should you decide to have the piece welded back on later, we offer this service in-store for a fee of $20 (plus tax).
