Sometimes, we don't want to wait to share our new products with you! To give a sneak peak (and let you buy your jewelry as early as possible), certain products are available to preorder before they are in stock at our warehouse.

How do I know if a product is available for preorder?

You can tell if a product is available for preorder on the product page. This is where you'll see the ships by date, which is the soonest we will be able to ship the product to you. This is an estimate of when we expect to ship the piece once we receive the product from our factories. You can also confirm preorder status after adding the product to your shopping cart. Lastly, once you place your order, you will see the ships by date on your order confirmation.

When will my preorder ship?

When you preorder a product, we'll ship it out to you 1–2 business days after it becomes available. We are unable to offer Expedited Shipping or Express Shipping on preorders at this time.

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation once the product leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind the ships by date listed on the product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation is an estimate of when we expect to ship your pieces once we receive the product from our factories.

I ordered something on preorder and something else in stock. When will my order ship?

Any in-stock product will ship 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Your preorder product will ship separately 1–2 business days after it becomes available.

When will I be charged for my preorder?

Please note you’ll be charged for any preordered product at the time the order is placed.
