Please keep in mind our delivery estimates for all orders (US and international) do not include processing time for orders. Once you place your order and receive your confirmation email, the order will ship approximately 1-2 business days later. This does not include preorders or made to order products.

If you don't see your country listed below, it does not necessarily mean we will not ship to you. To find out if we ship to your country, click on the flag icon located on our home page. If your country is listed in the drop-down menu, you can select it to view the shipping method(s) available in your area. All available shipping options and their associated costs will also appear in your shopping cart and the checkout page ahead of placing your order.

US Customers

All available shipping methods for domestic orders are listed below.

When referring to the table above, please note orders shipping to PO boxes and non-contiguous states (such as Alaska and Hawaii) may take up to 5 additional days to be delivered.

Please note: Made to Order products ship for free via DHL to US customers only. These orders will arrive within 15 business days.

International Customers

We offer free international Express Shipping (on average, 3-5 business days) for orders above a certain threshold in select countries. All orders placed with Express Shipping are sent using DHL Express. We also offer Standard Shipping in certain countries. All orders placed with Standard Shipping are sent using ePost and local carriers.
