How do I make a return?Updated 8 days ago

To submit your return online, follow these steps:

  1. Follow this link to our online portal. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order.
  2. Select the product from your order you wish to return, and the reason you'd like to return it.
  3. Choose how you would like to receive your refund. You will be given the option to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method. All returns are subject to a handling fee, which will be reflected in the totals you see on this page. This fee will vary based on the return method and where the order shipped originally.
  4. Review the return summary page to make sure everything looks correct
  5. Once submitted, the page will refresh and include a link to download your return label. You will also receive this label via email. Use this label to box up your return and drop it off at the nearest carrier location (USPS for US returns, DHL for international returns).

We require all returns to use the provided shipping label. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund. Ana Luisa reserves the right to block a refund when a return is not delivered to the correct business address or does not contain the product(s) submitted.


US Customers

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund and send an email confirmation. Your return may take up to five business days to fully process.

If your order was purchased with AL Luxe credit, please reach out to our team directly so we can assist you with your return. You will not be able to go through the returns portal.


International Customers

Upon receiving the return, our team will issue your refund. Your return may take up to ten business days to fully process. Ana Luisa is unable to refund any duties or taxes on the original order.
